| According to the law and its regulations, we have been operating in compliance with the permission that allows us to neutralize hazardous wastes: |
Decision of District Authorities in Kraśnik under which the company is permitted to remove,
transport and deposit products that contain asbestos,
Decision of relevant Districts and Municipalities Authorities under which the company is permitted
to remove materials that contain asbestos.

Repair and improvement works referring to dismantling or demolition of products that contain asbestos are dangerous and life hazards and they require fulfillment of adequate requirements governing industrial and occupational safety. All the works are performed in conformity with obligatory codes of practice, and to the observance of sanitary and environmental protection measures.
Our company has engaged skilled personnel and technical equipment that assure the highest quality of offered services.
Upon reception of wastes, we provide the owner of the facility with the complete documentation of asbestos removal, circulation and utilization. At the same time we take over the responsibility for later proceedings with and handling asbestos that has been removed in accordance with the Act on Wastes of 27 April 2001.
